Spring is coming and with it new hope :) In my kitchen already bloomed flowers :P This is cake with cheese from pattern flower. This inspiration appear in my head because I was looking for dish which I can prepare on spring wheat celebration (pol. "Jare Gody" I can't translate to English :-( ). When I went through whole Internet, I found something what I want to do :)

Why I chose this recipe:
- this is cake I like cooking but I love to prepare sweets :D
- flower are sign coming of spring, perfectly match to this event
- name this cake is pol. "Kołacz" and this is ceremonial bread 
- recipe contains cottage cheese, this mean that have a lot of protein :P I like do everything with cottage cheese (Some people prefer Italian cuisine, Indian cuisine and other I prefer cottage cheese on 1000 ways cuisine :D )

I am not normal person, I am crazy person :-P In mid winter I wanted swim in Baltic (this was my own task which I commissioned myself). I wasn't walrus before but I like do something what is so crazy. So I packed trunks, towel, some my toys :-D and my friend :-P and drove towards sea. There I did my task and next we came back to Poznań. Why I did it - this is good  question. But answer is simple. In our life we will not remember everything. This is impossible. Mostly we will remember crazy ideas, moments with person which is close to you, something that strongly affected for you. I want to remember how most scenes in my life. Thus yesterday, I became a walrus in one day.
